Service Description

We are all challenged to use technology and media in ways that are sustainable and nourishing to our well-being. This 3-part series will dive deep into the idea of mindful consumption of technology and media and allow you and your family and friends to develop habits of mind that support mindfulness, well-being and vitality. Benefits of attending this series potentially include: greater awareness of habit energies related to technology and media, supportive connection with others that may share similar habit energies and are also seeking change, greater clarity, understanding and trust of self and others, and resources and tools for increasing mindful consumption and deeper connection to the self and to others. These benefits will be amplified by you and your family and friends' commitment and engagement to the practices. Consider inviting your entire family to take this deep dive. Invite a friend if your family isn't on board. MORE DETAILS FORTHCOMING Accessibility is a key value of my practice. This 3-part series is donation-based to welcome everyone regardless of financial circumstances or other concerns. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. That said, donations are encouraged to strengthen your commitment to this practice and benefit others with the continuation of these services. Please contact me at lisalachlan@gmail.com for more information regarding pricing and registration.
