Service Description

We often crave time for slowing down and reflecting. By doing so, we can gain insight and increase our experience of presence, awareness and connection with others. In this retreat, we will aim to slow down and reflect on two relational experiences associated with health and well-being: intrapersonal and interpersonal. Increased awareness of both can lead to clarity with the emotional, physical and intellectual aspects of ourselves and our environments. Future retreats will offer opportunities for individual and collective attunement and understanding as well as support us in identifying and expressing our emotions and acknowledging and respecting areas of similarities and differences. When we commit to practicing loving-kindness to the self, we can learn to fully experience and express ourselves in healthy ways, which is integral to living a rich and deep life. Future retreats will include time for mindfulness and gestalt awareness practices, a mixture of didactic and experiential exercises, and optional reflective activities to dive deeper and gain greater support from the collective. We will take time to nourish our bodies with healthy snacks, breaks, walks, and stretching. Dates: TBD Winter 2025/2026 Ask Lisa for details!
