Women's Monthly Virtual Community
Group(s) Forming - Rebuild and Connect in a Supportive Community - Starting Sunday October 12th
Service Description
Join a safe and nurturing environment with women who are seeking shared support, insights, and techniques to help process emotions, foster healing, and feel a sense of community and understanding. Built on the neuroscience of awareness and self-compassion, this is an online group of up to 8 women that meets monthly for 4 months. The dates are: October 12, November 16, December 14, January 11. Sessions are 2.5 hours in length and start at 4pmPT/7pmET. This will be a closed group; please plan to attend all sessions. Additional dates/times may be offered as needed. Group sessions generally follow this format: 1) Start with a brief guided meditation practice. 2) To continue increasing our present centered awareness, we then practice the Continuum of Awareness (COA). 3) After COA, we then move into an activity or into check-ins where individuals all have the opportunity to share with the group something about their current experience. This sharing can include thoughts, feelings, sensations, curiosities, concerns, anxieties, joy, etc. What is shared is brought into the mindful awareness of both the individual and the group. The group members offer their deep listening, grounded presence, and silent attunement. 4) In this series, echoes and other mindful supports from the group are shared with direct prompts and guidance from the facilitator. 5) As we end, we often do a short grounding practice, exchange helpful resources and materials, and share gratitude for each other and the practice. Accessibility is a key value of my practice. Therefore, this offering is donation-based. Suggested donation $459 via Venmo @Lisa-Lachlan. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds, however donations are encouraged to strengthen your commitment to this practice and benefit others with the continuation of these services. Please contact me at lisalachlan@gmail.com for more information regarding pricing and registration.
