Lisa Lachlan has been serving America for nearly two decades through work on four presidential campaigns and as a leader in public education. She proudly served the US Department of Education for fifteen years as a teacher quality expert to the National Center for Education Statistics, the Center for the Analysis of Longitudinal Data in Education Research, and the Institutes of Education Science. As the Director of the Center on Great Teachers and Leaders, she spearheaded support to state and local education agencies on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of educator quality systems. While her career as a teacher quality expert ended with Elon Musk’s DOGE cuts of 2025, she now aims to use her skillset to flip US Congress in 2026. She is a committed patriot who is passionate about bringing more honesty, transparency, and compassion to government.
